Challenge
The Tobacco Prevention Control Program – a division of the Department of Health Services (DHS) – is dedicated to informing the public about the dangers of tobacco use. Rebranding Wins

Challenge
The Wisconsin Wins (WI Wins) program is a state-level initiative designed to decrease youth access to tobacco products. To limit youth access to tobacco, WI Wins needed a campaign relevant to several target audiences by changing its perception among Tobacco retailers, restaurants and taverns and the general public. Tobacco-Free with Online Training

Challenge
The Wisconsin Wins (WI Wins) program is a state-level initiative designed to decrease youth access to tobacco products. WI Wins works to educate tobacco retailers on tobacco sales laws and reduce sales to minors. To expand their outreach, the program wanted a Web-based tool to provide retailers with Wisconsin-specific training. (more…)
