New Owner, New Day

Andy
Every good story has a beginning, a journey and (hopefully) a happy ending. The story of K&W has been a real page-turner, filled with great adventures since our inception in 1986. On August 22, we started a whole new chapter of the agency: Andy Wallman purchased K&W and stepped in as our new owner and president and Jennifer Savino took the helm as vice president and director of client services. Former co-owners/founders Ted Knupp will stay on as chairman and Jan Watson will be pursuing various new ventures in business.

Wallman says his goal is to preserve what’s worked for K&W and build upon that foundation. “We’ve got an excellent track record of which I’m very proud,” says Wallman. “We have done a lot of award-winning work for wonderful clients and had a lot of fun along the way. Now I want to work on making this an incredible company that makes incredible things for our clients.”

We Create Touch

We’re Knupp & Watson, a Madison-based strategic communications agency. And every day, all day long, we bring people and brands closer together. Since 1986, we’ve created work designed to touch people’s hearts, minds, funny bones, and yes, wallets. Because out in the everyday, where people are sold to all day long, a truly meaningful touch creates buzz and loyalty and that almighty ROI.

Welcome to &Land

The ampersand in our logo is a powerful little symbol. It brings things closer together. So we created an entity here called &Land (”AND-land”). Populated by an elected mayor and village board, &Land ensures smooth, enjoyable and closer collaboration from the inside of K&W out, between us & us and between us & our clients. After all, the better we all work together, the better the work will be.
